Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from US-based warehouses.

Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time. Most US orders arrive within about 5–9 business days after processing. Delivery times can vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Tracking. Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few business days, email us at hello@restwellrecovery.com and we'll look into it.

Wrong or damaged items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
